The Lebanese Army Command warned Friday of suspicious foreign security apparatuses attempting to collect information, hack computers, and accede to Bulk SMS, in order to recruit collaborators. "This constitutes a violation of national sovereignty and tampering with citizens' security and individual freedoms," a communiqué by the Army's Guidance Directorate said today. "The Command warns the citizens of bids to lure them into such traps and calls them to notify the Army in case they receive any suspicious message on informing@lebarmy.gov.lb." The Lebanese army found 7 mortar shells placed in a black bag in the area of Zaffata, at the banks of Litani River- Zrareyeh town, NNA Correspondent reported. The 60 millimeters mortar shells carry Hebrew writings on them, and are not intended for explosion. A Lebanese army engineering unit transferred the mortar shells from their location. March 14 forces' General Secretariat organized on Monday a "friendship meeting" at its headquarters in Ashrafieh, in presence of a panel of opposition figures and journalists. The forces' General Coordinator, Fares Soueid, read out the meeting's closing statement, enumerating March 14 coalition's constants. He indicated that the forces were still holding onto solidarity within their components, ahead of a phase of democratic and effective partnership.
