Government Associate Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Danny Zaani sued three detained individuals on charges of belonging to an armed terrorist organization to carry out terrorist acts and prepare explosive devices in Ain al-Hilweh camp in order to move them to different places in Beirut. Zaani's decision came in pursuant to article 335 of the Panel Code, articles 5 & 6 of Terror Law and article 72 of Arms Law and transferred the three prosecuted persons to the Military Investigation Judge. The Information Division of the Internal Security Forces, monitored the movements of the detained and arrested them based on instructions from Acting Public Prosecutor Judge Samir Hammoud, who referred the file to the military authority.
