Several jailed Iranian dissidents, including the celebrated (BY GREEN MOVEMENT ANIMALS) lawyer Nasrin Sotoudeh (above), [[[[have declined to sign an open letter to US President Barack Obama calling for sanctions to be lifted]]]]]. The initiative prompted criticism from exiled Iranian activists who suggest that the detainees had been manipulated by the regime. [ed notes:who are these exile tool and paid dissidents thinking they are fooling?Iranian govt first to denounce illegal us led sanctions!!!why would govt have manipulated homegrown but pro zionist west dissidents be manipulated by govt to ''NOT'' sign a letter demanding end of sanctions as exiles alledge???''sigh''!
Sanctions are a collective punishment of the Iranian people, some 50 prisoners write in a letter published in Britain’s Guardian newspaper.“We, the undersigned current and former political prisoners in Iran, are writing this letter to bring to your attention the devastating effects of crippling economic sanctions,” the letter begins. The conflict over Iran’s nuclear program has become a “perilous contest” with the (zionist controlled) US, which has undermined mutual trust, it continues, suggesting that the recent election of Hassan Rouhani as Iranian president signals the opportunity for a “new era of mutual understanding”.
The signatories insist that Rouhani’s record of negotiations over the nuclear issue shows that he is a firm proponent of dialogue.“In our view, the tenure of this government may be the last chance to bring this conflict to a reasonable and mutually acceptable resolution,” the letter says. The letter’s signatories include such leading opposition figures as the reformist politician Mohsen Aminzadeh, and Faezeh Hashemi – the daughter of the former president Hashemi Rafsanjani.(notorious gangsta ,mafioso, corrupt millionaire ,see https://uprootedpalestinian.wordpress.com/2009/06/15/the-truth-behind-iranian-presidential-election-and-the-riots-after-ahmadinejad-won/
) The letter is reminiscent of Cold War-era “peace movements” manipulated by the Soviet Union, said a leading Iranian activist.
“My respect for Iran’s most principled and courageous political prisoners — including Sotoudeh, Majid Tavakoli, Ahmad Zeidabadi (left) and Heshmat Tabarzadi — grew by leaps and bounds overnight,” said Mariam Memarsadeghi, director of the Tavaana: E-learning Institute for Iranian Civil Society.[[[[“They refused to join the unquestioning anti-American group-think pervading “reformist” circles]]] and [[[[[said no to signing a letter blaming America and economic sanctions for all of Iran’s problems.”]]]]]
[ed notes;one would think Mariam memarsadeghi ,was a principled commentator ,however she too is not different from the reformists and their minions shes claiming to stand against.Shes all over the map in fact, opposing reformists who use rethoric to blame west for sanctions, though they are champions of neoliberalism a pro west as she is,wich tells me this is all staged by west using 2-3 camps ,homegrown western iranian tools, and exile tools, plus tavaana.. one group against (rethorically)sanctions, other for it...seems this i multiple party opposition within opposition, implementing an hegelian dialectic discourse using different groups in order to strengthen the one against sanctions, because those for it ,openly expose themselves inside Iran, just like those green reject scholars last year, who put out a manifesto opposing the country's peaceful nuclear program(for medical, and infrastructure prerequisites in demand [1 for medicine and cures, and energy rising consumption])..then Mariam herself runs Tavaana wich is a CLIME PROJECT lol its literally a western in Iran ... Tavaana Meaning "empowered" or "capable" in Persian, Tavaana is an e-learning institute for Iranian civic activists that CLIME launched in 2010 http://www.mideastliberty.org/tavaana.html [ed notes:clime is the center for liberty in middle east!!
The center’s U.S. director is Eleana Gord,A ZIOCON WENCH TIED TO ''AEI'' ,see (AEI EVENT) Educating Iraq http://www.aei.org/events/2004/06/23/educating-iraq-event/
