'Master' is a good term for it. Her previous experience mastering the cover up while working with Ken Feinberg and Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein kept all the 9/11 victims families out of court so no evidence could be entered into the record. Birnbaum, the special mediator for Hellerstein, is a partner in Skadden Arps, one of the leading corporate law firms with business ties to Israel. Skadden Arps is one of the legal advisers to Israeli companies doing business in and raising capital outside of Israel
