The International Criminal Court chief prosecutor has announced he is seeking the arrest of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi for crimes against humanity, purporting to have evidence of his "widespread and systematic attacks" on unarmed Libyan civilians". In the second chapter of his study on the War on Libya, Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya dismantles the double standards and media fabrications that helped to sell the war, the same ones which are now likely to constitute the "evidence" for the ICC charges being brought against Gaddafi.
