Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday lashed out at the corrupt order dominating the world, and said corrupt rulers are trying to maintain their power through intimidation, pressure, misinformation and propaganda."The system that rules the world is a monopolistic and bullying system. Any country that wants to be strong and advanced comes under political and economic pressures,"
Ahmadinejad said, addressing participants in a Tehran gathering of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member states' anti-corruption officials. "The current leaders of the world's political and economic centers are former slaveholders and colonialists who have kept the world in slavery and colonialism for 300 years and looted all the riches of the nations," he noted.
Ahmadinejad said the same people "continue looting the nations' wealth and resources today, but in a different face and with a different motto".He said that those who are the main violators of human rights are claiming to be the main supporters of human rights, and they hide the realities by misinforming the nations through their media and information systems. President Ahmadinejad further called on all sides to unite against the corrupt world systems and order, and pledged a bright future for the world nations.
